You'll manage 1-3 top enterprise MedTech accounts, driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative manufacturing solutions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, aligning Protolabs' capabilities to customer goals for mutual profitability. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Maple Plain, MN three days a week.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop multi-year account strategies and business plans.
- Identify and penetrate key customer contacts across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Forecast and manage pipeline to exceed annual bookings quotas.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 8+ years managing large enterprise B2B accounts.
- Expert use of CRM and forecasting tools.
- Deep technical understanding of manufacturing and engineering.

- Experience with Fortune 500 & MedTech customers.
- Proven ability to develop multi-year strategic plans.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
