You'll build automations, data pipelines, and AI-first workflows to generate demos and reactivate deals for a fast-growing compliance startup. Your work directly fuels $100M+ pipeline and scales a world-famous growth team. You'll own and orchestrate a modern GTM stack to systematize scrappy plays into repeatable, scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship signal-driven nurture and reactivation sequences
• Build cold calling cockpits and morning deal briefings for AEs
• Set up real-time alerts for high-value pipeline signals
• Own and orchestrate GTM stack integrations and automations
• Systematize successful plays into repeatable, scalable systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM operations, RevOps, or growth engineering
• Hands-on experience building scoring models, routing logic, and outbound infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of modern GTM tooling like Clay, Unify, Default, HeyGen, Zapier, n8n
• Ability to write SQL for data analysis and pipeline management
