You'll own full-funnel performance insights for Upside's consumer marketing, from acquisition through retention. You'll translate data into clear recommendations that guide marketing investment and optimization. You'll bring a startup-ready bias for action and partner closely with the Consumer Marketing team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end reporting for consumer marketing funnel performance.
- Scope and drive analytics projects from problem framing to recommendation.
- Build metrics frameworks for channel, campaign, and audience performance.
- Serve as primary analytics partner for Consumer Marketing teams.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics for B2C businesses.
- Expert SQL skills with large marketing and product datasets.
- Experience with mobile-first marketing platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Haus).
- Hands-on experimentation (A/B tests, lift studies) with statistical rigor.

- Experience with app-based products or mobile user acquisition.
- Familiarity with lifecycle tools like Braze.
- B2C experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or subscription.
