Description

You will own and build key features for HyperDX, an open-source observability platform that unifies logs, metrics, traces, and session replays. Your work will help engineers debug and monitor production applications at petabyte scale, directly engaging with the open-source community and customers to shape the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in developer tools
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills (Next.js frontend, Express backend)
• Proficiency in React.js
• Proficiency in SQL for query generation on ClickHouse
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration like Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Own and build key features for frontend and backend systems
• Engage with open-source community and customers to incorporate feedback
• Tackle performance challenges to handle petabytes of observability data
• Develop analysis tools for debugging production issues
• Scale cloud-hosted platform for growing customer base
