You'll design and build AI-powered automation across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations at a high-growth hospitality tech unicorn. You'll own end-to-end delivery of scalable AI tooling that replaces manual effort, reducing cycle time and unlocking capacity. This role stands out for its high agency, product ownership, and direct impact on a 1,400-person pre-IPO company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives across internal functions.
• Identify and build highest-leverage automation opportunities like financial close and HR workflows.
• Design and ship AI-powered systems for document processing, approval automation, and compliance.
• Engage with functional leaders to translate operational pain into technical scope and deliver iteratively.

📋 Requirements

• Seven or more years of production software delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on integration experience with enterprise SaaS APIs (Workday, Microsoft 365, Atlassian).
• Fluency with LLM APIs and production AI workflows (agents, document processing, Q&A).
• Track record of leading complex, cross-functional automation initiatives with operational impact.
