Description

You will own the technical and programmatic execution for pre-ship integration and test operations of the stage, working with all subsystems to ensure the stage is fully functional and ready for integrated test.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with complex integrated systems or products
• 2+ years managing or leading teams preferred
• Exceptional command of engineering fundamentals
• Experience on aerospace or similar high-performance product through full lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in engineering

Responsibilities

• Deliver stages that are factory-acceptance-tested and ready for integrated test
• Own engineering definition of all multi-subsystem integrated assemblies including product structure, drawings, and work instructions
• Track and communicate deltas to nominal definition, design, and configuration for specific serial numbers
• Own stage integration factory acceptance including technical integration, schedule, and CONOPs
• Work with manufacturing and test teams to ensure infrastructure and clean hand-offs
