You'll lead the shift from manual to automation-led QA for a remote-first company's mobile and backend applications. You'll define strategy, mentor 4 engineers, and remain hands-on (60%) building UI and end-to-end frameworks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive QA automation strategy and framework improvements
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of 4 QA engineers
• Design and maintain scalable UI and end-to-end automation frameworks
• Optimize automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines
• Drive risk-based testing and prioritize test coverage

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA Automation
• Experience in a QA leadership or mentoring role
• Experience designing UI and end-to-end automation frameworks
• Experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Appium or XCUITest
• Exposure to performance or security testing
• Familiarity with TypeScript in automation
