💼 About This Role

You'll own the product vision and technical strategy for Anduril's simulation trainer, building core simulation experiences that close the kill chain against UAS threats. You'll embed with military operators, translate their needs into a prioritized roadmap, and drive delivery of new capabilities. This role offers direct impact on real-world defense operations and the chance to shape cutting-edge autonomous systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and technical strategy for simulation product.
• Embed with operators to gather requirements and prioritize roadmap.
• Work hands-on with engineering to scope features and plan sprints.
• Lead delivery of new simulation capabilities and track KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product development for complex software systems.
• At least 3 years in hands-on product management capacity.
• Robust technical aptitude (kinematic modeling, sensor physics, distributed systems).
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in defense, aerospace, or autonomous systems.
• Experience with SiTL, HiTL, or complex hardware/software integration testing.
• Knowledge of modern game engines (Unity, Unreal) or physics simulation frameworks.
• Familiarity with DoD training standards or after-action review methodologies.
