Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; 3+ years iOS development experience
• Proficiency in Objective-C and Swift
• Deep understanding of network communication and weak network optimization
• Experience encapsulating client-side common libraries/SDKs
• Excellent communication and team spirit; ability to work under high pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead 0-to-1 iOS architecture for new products balancing rapid iteration with maintainability
• Tackle deep technical bottlenecks: memory management, startup time, UI fluidity
• Provide innovative engineering solutions for App Matrix to validate business goals
• Mentor junior engineers and optimize engineering standards (Code Reviews, testing, CI/CD)
