• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and operations roles

• Track hiring metrics and pipeline health in Lever ATS

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a startup environment
• Experience sourcing technical roles in Mexico and the US
• Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
