You'll build a reliable, scalable internal IT function across helpdesk, SaaS administration, and onboarding/offboarding at an AI-powered recycling company. You'll lead a small team and manage the quarterly IT projects roadmap to improve systems and policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a 1-3 person Corporate IT team on helpdesk and SaaS administration.
• Create and manage the quarterly IT projects roadmap.
• Oversee helpdesk, mentor team members, and handle challenging tickets.
• Develop and implement IT policies for governance and security.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years as a Systems Administrator or similar IT specialist role.
• 1+ years configuring enterprise SaaS apps like Netsuite, Salesforce, Jira.
• Experience with GSuite administered domains.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years direct management experience within IT.
• 1+ years experience with IT networking projects.
• Experience building IT project roadmaps.
