Description

You will support HR systems, employee data, and core HR processes as part of the HRIS function, ensuring accurate data management and smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities in collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT. This is a temporary maternity leave cover position.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors or Oracle preferred)
  • Good understanding of HR processes and position management
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for HRIS systems ensuring data accuracy and system stability
  • Support core HR processes including employee onboarding, changes, and offboarding
  • Maintain employee data, organizational structures, and position management within HR systems
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights across HR systems
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to resolve system-related issues
