You'll develop and deploy behavior models that power decision-making for autonomous trucks. You'll contribute to learned behavior modules enabling safe and efficient driving in real-world freight operations. This role focuses on building and improving ML models and infrastructure within the autonomy stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and train ML models for learned behavior systems.
• Implement production-quality ML code for model training and inference.
• Analyze model performance and identify failure modes.
• Contribute to model training pipelines and data workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Robotics, or related field with 4+ years experience, or Master's with 2+ years
• Experience with imitation learning, reinforcement learning, or sequence modeling for robotics/autonomy
• Strong programming in Python and PyTorch
• Experience training/evaluating ML models with large datasets and scalable compute

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or simulation-based training
• Experience with reinforcement learning frameworks or distributed training (e.g., Ray)
• Familiarity with vehicle dynamics, motion planning, or multi-agent systems
