You'll own the full-cycle recruiting for Product, Data, and Tech roles at a fast-growing AI startup. You'll build sourcing strategies and scale hiring across US and global markets. This is a chance to shape the technical organization from the ground up with top-tier investors and brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles in Product, Data, and Tech.
• Partner with leaders to develop sourcing strategies for key roles.
• Use diverse sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Own the technical interview process to attract top talent.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in technical recruiting or sourcing within a Tech/AI startup.
• Deep understanding of recruiting fundamentals from sourcing to stakeholder alignment.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Lever or a similar ATS.
