Description

As a Rehab Manager, you will oversee daily clinical operations in a Medicare-certified home health office, ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical excellence while leading and developing a team of clinicians. You will drive performance improvement initiatives to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current license in good standing as Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations and lead teams through change

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to field clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations
• Monitor quality assurance processes including OASIS documentation and clinical chart reviews
• Facilitate staff orientation, education, and performance evaluations
• Lead case conferences and foster team collaboration and accountability
