You will lead the operational delivery of compensation and equity processes, managing pay cycles, equity plan administration, and HRIS compensation modules to ensure streamlined, well-controlled procedures. This role focuses on translating established frameworks into efficient operations with strong governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational delivery for annual pay reviews, promotions, and out-of-cycle compensation changes
Manage compensation cycle timelines, workflows, templates, validation processes, and approval steps
