You'll serve as a technical authority for voice, video, and collaboration platforms at MetroStar. You'll design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise UC platforms for a security-sensitive federal customer. This role lets you contribute immediately to a mission-critical operational environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot SBCs, voice gateways, and QoS.
• Participate in Agile execution and collaborative problem-solving.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• DoD 8140 certification for 441 Network Operations Specialist (e.g., Security+, CISSP).
• 10+ years of experience with network engineering and UC environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Webex.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Experience with VQ Conference Manager, Jabber, or Cisco Expressway.
