You'll own end-to-end customer activation and onboarding for a fast-growing fintech scale-up, designing processes and building playbooks as we scale. You'll use SQL and analytics tooling to instrument, measure, and iterate on what's working. This role is for someone who thinks in systems and builds before things break.

  • Design and build onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and escalation protocols.
  • Define health scoring and success metrics for each customer stage.
  • Analyze data to identify churn signals and improvement opportunities.
  • Automate repeatable processes using AI tools to scale impact.

  • Background in strategy, operations, or consulting.
  • Proven ability to build operational processes from scratch.
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort with SQL.
  • Exceptional intellectual horsepower and structured thinking.
