You'll own end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and the annual client conference for a fintech startup. Your core impact is ensuring flawless, measurable events while managing multiple events simultaneously in a remote, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows and conferences.
• Coordinate booth design, shipping, setup, and teardown.
• Own event budget and track actuals against plan.
• Provide post-event summaries and recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of event management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record managing trade shows and multi-day conferences.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to travel across North America 6-10 trips per year.
