💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop culture driven brand that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll drive sales while building lifelong customer relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create customer engagement through product promotion and social media
• Run sales reports and use data to guide sales strategy

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds

• Degree (associate or bachelor's)
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and merchandising
