You will manage Beyond's largest customers, ensuring their success and retention through a consultative approach, driving adoption, and securing renewals. You'll analyze booking trends and pricing performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and act as the voice of the customer to product teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer success experience
• Experience managing renewal conversations
• Fluency in English and French
• Software proficiency and data analysis skills
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for an assigned book of accounts
• Provide analyses on booking trends and pricing performance for clients
• Build relationships using a consultative approach to become a trusted advisor
• Train clients on revenue management basics and effective tool usage
• Secure annual subscription renewals and uncover expansion opportunities
