You will manage Beyond's largest customers, ensuring their success and retention through a consultative approach, driving adoption, and securing renewals. You'll analyze booking trends and pricing performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and act as the voice of the customer to product teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success experience
- Experience managing renewal conversations
- Fluency in English and French
- Software proficiency and data analysis skills
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
Responsibilities
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for an assigned book of accounts
- Provide analyses on booking trends and pricing performance for clients
- Build relationships using a consultative approach to become a trusted advisor
