  • Own Marketo automation platform and execute email and nurture campaigns
  • Develop scalable processes and templates for campaign workflows
  • Manage lead scoring, routing, and data quality with RevOps
  • Oversee performance reporting and apply AI for optimization
  • Manage and develop one Email Marketing Specialist

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing automation with Marketo expertise
  • Strong experience with email programs and nurture campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM data structures
  • 1+ year as a people manager or team lead
