๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Marketo automation platform and execute email and nurture campaigns
- Develop scalable processes and templates for campaign workflows
- Manage lead scoring, routing, and data quality with RevOps
- Oversee performance reporting and apply AI for optimization
- Manage and develop one Email Marketing Specialist
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing automation with Marketo expertise
- Strong experience with email programs and nurture campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM data structures
- 1+ year as a people manager or team lead
