You'll lead Beam's Australian market as the single-threaded commercial leader, driving growth from pilot to A$100M ARR. You'll own the P&L, close complex enterprise deals, and build an elite team while acting as the company figurehead in the sector.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Australian P&L and end-to-end commercial growth
- Build and coach a team scaling from 4 to 8 FTEs
- Close A$1M+ ACV deals with regulated buyers
- Codify winning playbooks and systems
๐ Requirements
- Proven history of closing A$1M+ ACV deals in regulated/complex industries
- Exceptional EQ to navigate buyer dynamics
- 0โ1 experience at a venture-backed company that scaled
- Executive gravitas with government and enterprise C-suite
