Description

You will lead agile project teams to accelerate customers' digital transformation using Celonis Process Intelligence technology. You'll drive implementations, analyze data with SQL to uncover process inefficiencies, and design solutions leveraging ML and Task Mining.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Improvement
• Relevant experience in Public Sector vertical
• Active Security Clearance (18+ months upon hire)
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab)
• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive implementation process, delivering high service levels
• Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis
• Design analyses and execution apps with ML algorithms or Task Mining
• Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes
• Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve processes
