You'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for performance marketing roles across multiple markets. You'll build deep talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers to find remarkable marketing talent. This role offers the chance to work remotely for a top B2B marketing agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
• Conduct in-depth interviews assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, social media, networking, and referrals
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and best hiring practices

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK and US markets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby and/or Juicebox ATS
• Performance marketing agency experience
