You will own product features end-to-end from concept to post-launch optimization, drive creation of multiplayer social and solo minigames, and collaborate cross-functionally with artists, engineers, and analysts to build high-quality features that enhance player engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in F2P mobile casual games
• Strong communication skills to explain 'why' and align team
• Experience leading indirect reports toward shared goals
• Design expertise in building experiences encouraging positive player behavior
• Proven experience in building and supporting social gameplay mechanics

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end from concept through release and live operations
• Drive creation of new multiplayer social and solo minigames
• Translate product objectives into detailed player-centric feature designs
• Collaborate with design, UX, artists, engineers, analysts, and producers
• Monitor market and competitive trends to shape data-informed roadmap
