You'll build and productize LLM-based clinical NLP systems for a mission-driven healthcare AI company. You'll own the model lifecycle from data to production, focusing on clinical summarization and medical text generation. This role offers meaningful impact on global healthcare accessibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve LLM-based clinical NLP systems
• Train, finetune, and post-train LLMs using supervised finetuning
• Design evaluation strategies for clinical text generation
• Develop and operate LLM inference services using vLLM

📋 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs for NLP or text generation
• Experience turning research outcomes into practical systems
• Master's degree in CS, engineering, or related field
