You'll deliver exceptional medical care through home health visits to adult and geriatric patients in Framingham, Natick and surrounding towns. You'll follow designated care plans and perform key clinical tasks like medication administration, wound care, and patient assessments. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits and perform wound care, treatments, procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical Manager
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts
• One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN
