🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Knowledge Platform, CMS, and AI-powered distribution tools
• Drive automation of content systems for global labor laws
• Partner with engineering, design, AI, support, and legal teams
• Shape knowledge structure, storage, and distribution schema

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years owning complex internal and external products
• Experience with Information Retrieval, RAG, and AI/LLM tooling
• Experience with content platforms, CMSs, and AI-enabled search
• Strong skills in systems thinking, abstractions, and schemas

• Experience with compliance, legal, or tax tech
• Worked in global HR, payroll, or SaaS with compliance knowledge
