💼 About This Role

You'll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Expression's Agentic AI platform, working closely with engineering, customers, and stakeholders. Your core impact will be translating enterprise customer needs—particularly in National Security and Federal Civilian sectors—into trusted, verifiable AI systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your platform area.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering on feature refinement and agile ceremonies.
• Support client implementation, adoption, and product demonstrations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one (U.S. citizenship required).

✨ Nice to Have

• SAFe POPM, CSPO, or Pragmatic Institute certification.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Hands-on software development or machine learning research experience.
