You'll design and build flight hardware such as propellant tanks and primary structures for Starship, enabling human life on Mars. You'll own end-to-end processes from clean-sheet design to testing. This role offers hands-on hardware ownership and the chance to see your designs fly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop design concepts and size vehicle structures based on flight loads
• Collaborate across vehicle systems to balance mass, cost, and capability
• Create detailed CAD models in NX for components and assemblies
• Build finite element models and perform structural testing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience with mechanical design and analysis

• Experience designing high-performance mechanical systems
• Proficiency with FEA tools (NASTRAN, ABAQUS, ANSYS)
• Analytical programming experience (Python, Matlab)
