Description
You will lead commercial strategy for a clinical-stage biotechnology company, shaping the go-to-market plan for a lead asset in Atopic Dermatitis entering Phase 3. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate commercial perspectives into development, manage competitive intelligence, and oversee a five-year U.S. commercialization roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MD, PhD, or relevant graduate degree)
- Approximately 10+ years industry experience including 5+ years in strategic consulting or pharma/biotech strategy
- Broad commercial experience with at least one role leading commercial strategy development and execution
- Proven track record of shaping effective commercial strategies in rapidly evolving biotech organizations
- Excellent communication skills and advanced Excel/PowerPoint ability
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive commercial strategy and pre-launch plan for lead asset in moderate-to-severe Atopic Dermatitis
- Oversee execution of 5-year U.S. commercialization roadmap across operations, marketing, market access, and sales
- Partner with commercial leadership to evaluate and implement commercial operating model, processes, and organizational design
- Collaborate with marketing and market access to incorporate pre- and post-launch needs into go-to-market planning
- Establish market and competitive intelligence process to inform asset positioning and target product profiles
