💼 About This Role

You'll join a top personal injury firm handling trucking and commercial motor vehicle cases from filing through trial. You'll lead a litigation team of 5+ people, manage a full caseload, and deliver top-tier representation for injured clients. This role offers a hybrid schedule and unlimited PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage personal injury files from intake through trial
• Work up litigation files including discovery and depositions
• Lead a litigation team of 5+ people
• Regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and staff

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
• Current member in good standing of the Illinois Bar
• Minimum 3 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
