Description

You will work in a team environment to source, screen, and conduct due diligence on private equity fund managers, co-investments, and secondaries. This role is part of the full-time analyst program First STEP, offering comprehensive training for early-career professionals to prepare you for a career in private equity.

Requirements

• Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Undergraduate student graduating Dec 2025–Jun 2026
• GPA 3.5 or higher
• Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on private equity fund managers, co-investments, and secondaries
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and financial modeling
• Analyze PPMs, financial statements, and investment returns
• Conduct reference calls as part of due diligence
• Prepare Investment Committee memos and present recommendations
