You'll drive revenue growth through exceptional demos and proofs of concept, while building scalable systems and playbooks. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Hire, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers.
- Drive revenue growth by improving win rates through demos and POCs.
- Build demo infrastructure including assets, tooling, and value narratives.
- Influence product strategy by partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Product.
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years as a solutions/sales engineer or translatable role like analytics manager.
- 2+ years managing technical teams.
- GTM fluency in B2B SaaS and sales/marketing language.
- Strong technical foundation in SaaS integrations and platform architecture.
