Description

You will supervise a team of five offshore contractors, overseeing month-end close, retailer AR reconciliation, and credit confirmation processing. Your leadership ensures accuracy, efficiency, and team performance while collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years of General Ledger Accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of five Accounting Operations Specialists
• Oversee month-end close, AR reconciliation, and credit confirmation processing
• Resolve escalated issues related to payments, invoicing, and fee deductions
• Monitor team performance against SLAs and implement improvement plans
• Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
