You will drive forecast accuracy, sales planning rigor, and performance visibility across the go-to-market organization, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Clari, Excel, SFDC, and Tableau
  • Experience translating complex data into strategic insights
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Finance, and Marketing leadership
  • Ability to assess quota and territory models and productivity assumptions

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales forecast cadence and monitor complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Refine planning strategies including quota and territory models, capacity planning, and coverage ratios
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for territory design and quota alignment
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to ensure equitable and executable plans aligned to revenue targets
  • Own planning-forecasting interlock for accurate performance tracking, risk identification, and scenario modeling
