Requirements

• 3+ years experience for Auto Body Repair Technician
• 5+ years experience for Heavy Body Technician
• 3+ years experience for Mid-Level Painter
• 5+ years experience for Experienced Painter
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling
• Conduct roof rocker panel repair and large-area bodywork
• Color match and mix water-based paint systems
• Paint vehicles in professional booths, including base, tri-coat, and clear coats
• Mentor other technicians (for senior roles)
