You'll manage a student caseload to drive retention and certification readiness while preparing students for meaningful employment in aviation. You'll build strong relationships and coordinate with employer partners to place graduates into jobs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of students to meet retention and placement metrics.
• Build trust and rapport as a consistent career readiness advocate.
• Coordinate certification readiness with education team and student success coordinators.
• Assist students with resume development, job search strategies, and interview preparation.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor's preferred).
• 1–2 years experience in student services, career services, or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with shared accountability.
