💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive the strategy for AI adoption across Headspace, reporting to the COO/Founder. You'll partner with executive leaders to build an AI roadmap that delivers measurable business impact while maintaining safety and privacy. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define enterprise AI enablement strategy and roadmap
• Lead AI initiatives end-to-end from discovery to launch
• Partner with COO/Founder and executive team
• Own AI intake, prioritization, and portfolio management

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product/operations or strategy delivering software/AI projects
• Significant experience leading cross-functional enterprise transformation
• Experience setting strategy and roadmaps for AI or automation initiatives
• People leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or digital health
• Experience building enterprise enablement programs like champion networks
• Experience with vendor selection and contract evaluation
