You'll assist a Development Lead with day-to-day management from acquisition through pre-development, construction, and closeout phases of real estate projects. Your work will directly impact project performance and team coordination. You'll gain exposure to entitlements, budget oversight, and vendor management.

• Assist in securing approvals and permits from government agencies.
• Track project timelines and report milestones to stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor development budgets and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with leasing teams on tenant improvement progress.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience in real estate development or construction management
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
