You'll lead core Platform and Infrastructure teams to build and maintain critical services for healthcare providers. You'll own scalability, reliability, and developer experience, guiding teams in planning and execution. This role reports directly to the Head of Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a Software Engineering Leadership position
• Track record of leading teams to build scalable distributed systems
• Demonstrated excellence in technical decision making
• Experience hiring and mentoring engineering teams
