💼 About This Role

You'll provide short-term evidence-based therapy to adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video and in-person. You'll deliver culturally responsive care in a collaborative environment. This role offers flexibility to see clients both virtually and in your own commercial office space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide short-term evidence-based therapy to adult clients
• Conduct sessions both virtually and in-person
• Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance
• Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures

📋 Requirements

• Current LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD license in California
• Master's degree or higher from accredited program
• 1+ year post-license clinical experience
• Must have own commercial office space in Los Angeles, Long Beach, or Anaheim area

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years experience in CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy
• Experience with culturally responsive care
• Familiarity with short-term evidence-based therapies
