You'll be the first point of contact for employees and external customers seeking technical assistance. You'll investigate and troubleshoot software issues, document resolutions, and ensure users receive effective support. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide prompt support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software and platform issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members.
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing system.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work 9 am - 6 pm PST.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to follow processes with attention to detail.
