You'll be the primary go-to counsel for OpenAI's marketing organization, working closely with teams across campaigns, launches, and events. You'll advise on advertising, consumer protection, IP, and privacy issues while helping balance risk-taking with responsible development. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary legal counsel for marketing organization.
• Advise on advertising, consumer protection, and regulatory issues.
• Review and approve marketing claims and campaign materials.
• Develop scalable legal processes and strategies for the team.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with in-house and law firm roles.
• JD and license or qualification to practice in CA.
• Experience with marketing legal issues (FTC, state UDAP, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, EU/UK standards).
