• Complete funding within 1 hour of closing.
• Review signed closing documents for compliance.
• Verify funding conditions and balance disbursements.

• Experience in funding, escrow, or title.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance accuracy with urgency.
• Proficiency with title/escrow software systems.
