You will lead the vision and evolution of Roku's Video Ad Platform, owning its end-to-end strategy to unify supply, demand, data, and ad decisioning. This role ensures interoperability across the advertising ecosystem while driving scalable monetization and exceptional viewer experiences.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in video advertising technology and programmatic marketplace design.
  • Experience leading platform product management at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and executive communication.
  • Strong understanding of supply management, demand connectivity, and ad decisioning.
  • Experience working with revenue, engineering, and data science teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive multi-year vision for Video Ad Platform covering supply, demand, ad serving, and data signals.
  • Own product strategy for supply management, inventory governance, packaging, and monetization across Roku Media.
  • Define scalable integration patterns for DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and measurement partners using industry standards.
  • Define how identity, contextual signals, and measurement flow through the platform to support optimization.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior product managers; align cross-functional partners across engineering, revenue, and operations.
