💼 About This Role

You'll develop real-time embedded software for mission- and safety-critical aerospace and defense platforms, supporting the full lifecycle from requirements to verification. Your work will directly impact avionics systems, mission computers, and embedded control applications in a regulated development environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software using C, C++, and/or Ada.
• Execute activities across the software lifecycle including requirements analysis and verification.
• Develop and execute requirements-based tests and integration tests.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, and verification engineers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-7 years of real-time embedded software development experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated industry.
• Experience with mission-critical software design including requirements management in a regulated environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have/be eligible for Active Secret Clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DO-178B/C or ARP4754A standards.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553 or ARINC 429 data bus protocols.
• Experience with RTOS, requirements management tools (DOORS, JIRA), and static analysis tools.
