💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth of our clinician copilot platform across Sweden, acquiring new customers through outbound sales and partner channels. You'll build long-term relationships with stakeholders and represent Tandem at industry events. You'll contribute to public tender processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Acquire new customers via outbound and partner-led sales
  • Drive and contribute to public tender processes
  • Build relationships with end-users and decision-makers
  • Represent Tandem at trade fairs and industry events

📋 Requirements

  • Multi-year sales experience in SaaS, technology, or healthcare
  • Native-level Swedish and fluent in English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with public tenders is highly beneficial

  • Experience selling to EHR providers or health systems
  • Background in medtech or digital health
  • Degree in business administration or healthcare management
