💼 About This Role
You'll drive growth of our clinician copilot platform across Sweden, acquiring new customers through outbound sales and partner channels. You'll build long-term relationships with stakeholders and represent Tandem at industry events. You'll contribute to public tender processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers via outbound and partner-led sales
- Drive and contribute to public tender processes
- Build relationships with end-users and decision-makers
- Represent Tandem at trade fairs and industry events
📋 Requirements
- Multi-year sales experience in SaaS, technology, or healthcare
- Native-level Swedish and fluent in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with public tenders is highly beneficial

- Experience selling to EHR providers or health systems
- Background in medtech or digital health
- Degree in business administration or healthcare management
