💼 About This Role

You'll own the document content for a high-growth D2C document automation product, preparing fillable PDF forms and building modular content blocks in Payload CMS. You'll work cross-functionally to keep the library accurate and growing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of CMS operations and document automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and format official PDF forms into fillable documents in Adobe Acrobat.
• Build and maintain modular content blocks and conditional logic in Payload CMS.
• Manage versioning, taxonomy, and metadata across the document library.
• Audit and improve existing forms for quality, fillability, and consistency.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in content operations or similar hands-on role.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Payload strongly preferred).
• Expertise with Adobe Acrobat for preparing fillable PDF forms.
• Strong logical thinking to break complex documents into modular blocks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with legal, tax, or administrative document content.
• Familiarity with conditional logic, form builders, or document automation tools.
• Experience in D2C SaaS, LegalTech, or document products.
